    Add travellers

    Guided forms validate passport numbers, dates and contact details as you type. One adult is marked primary applicant; children are priced and checklisted correctly.

    Upload documents

    A per-traveller checklist tells you exactly what to upload, in which format and size. Files are scanned and checked instantly; our documentation team then reviews each one by hand.

    Review & pay

    A single screen shows travellers, documents and the full price breakdown. Pay by UPI, card or netbanking - only after everything is complete.

  6. 06

    We process

    Your file is submitted through our processing network. Track every stage in your account: Preparing, Submitted, Processing, Decision, Done.

  7. 07

    Decision & download

    Approved visas are delivered to your account as secure downloads. If a decision goes the other way, we tell you plainly and advise on next steps.
