Cancelling an application

Whether a cancellation is possible depends on how far your application has progressed. Once a file is submitted to the authorities, government fees are generally non-refundable.

Request cancellation from your account before the file is submitted to the embassy. We never show a guaranteed refund amount up front.

If a refund is approved, it is limited to the visa amount credited back after review. GoVisaX service charges (markup) and GST on those charges are not refunded.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Timelines depend on your bank, typically 5-10 business days after confirmation.
